People have informed us that meditating and performing yoga is two of the numerous things they do to be calm and relaxed. All of this is good and dandy, but who has the time to meditate for 30 minutes? We occasionally find it difficult to say our five daily prayers, which, by the way, reduce half of our tension. To assist other students in our situation, we’ve developed a list of duas, Quran verses, and hadiths that might aid with examinations. “Knowledge is the benefit of this world and the world to come,” the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) remarked.

Removing Anxiety

When the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was agitated, Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) stated that he would say this.

We found a couple more duas that will definitely help you studying for exams.

Transliteration: Rabbi hab lee hukman waalhiqnee bialssaliheena Waj’al lee lisana sidqin fee alakhireena Waj’alnee min warathati jannati anna’eem.

Translation: My Lord, grant me knowledge, and place me among the virtuous; give me a fair name among future generations; and make me one of those who get the Garden of Bliss.

Translation: O Allah, I seek shelter in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not entertain Allah’s dread, from a soul that is unsatisfied, and from a request that does not get a response.

Simply do your hardest, and if you fail these examinations, realize that life’s difficulties are only temporary. This one test will appear to be the end of the world at first, but you will quickly forget about it. We’ve learnt that following the Sunnah and having solid confidence in Allah always works out, and that if it doesn’t, it’s because Allah has something better in mind for us.
